5-acre House GONE!
Man...I must have been in dreamland too long...the house was trade with the owner's niece.
NOT FAIR!
I so liked that idea of a house!
SO, we will have to keep searching...AS long as Jesse starts school in the fall there, I will be happy!
Keep praying for us...that He knows his plan for us! (cause I'm getting a little impatient!)

House? Job?
Still keeping this from the kids...so, shhhhhh! Oh...we haven't told the in-laws either...so shhhh! We don't want anyone to worry or really talk Steve out of the most secure job he will ever find...
I finally got him to look at houses....we haven't "viewed" them with a realtor yet, but...
This is the house we are looking at...okay, I want this one....if he gets the other town job ~ He'll know by Dec. 31 and then the board votes on Jan. 5th. It has 5 acres with a pond! I just pray that it doesn't get sold out from under us....now we just got to get this one ready to sell and on the market, hopefully by early spring. (A good sellers season, especially for our lake home!)
Please, keep praying for our family! We need prayers for the right choices, the right words to tell the family, the right house, that the good Lord will show us what we all need to do.
Isn't it cute?! And later if Steve wants to build again, there is a ton of room to do that too! It has 5 acres, a pond, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms...and I am getting way ahead of myself....but I like to have a plan...I don't want to be left scrambling at the last minute for a place to live because there really isn't much over there!

Keeping Up
Some days...it is really hard to keep up!
It has been sooo crazy around here...I don't seem to have time to add pictures or anything...so if you want to see the kids, come and visit! ;-)
Okay...here's the up dates...
My oncology appt. went well with a non-English speaking doctor...yeah and if you believe that...I am in the normal range with the blood test, but I went up AGAIN! UGH! Next appt. is in March and this time there will be a scan and blood work.
Steve's interview with Ameren didn't go so well...or at least that is how he felt it went...we'll just have to wait and see. That other town maybe in our future....
Oh...to top off the week...I went in for an oil change at the dealership...and as I was pulling in, the spring on the garage's door broke and, well, fell on my car hood! Steve and I found 2 dings and some paint missing, so now we have to wait for them to get it fixed! UGH!!!!!! I didn't even get a free oil change...you'd a think they'd give me a complementary oil change for all of that!
One up side to the week...Carie taught me how to knit...
I'm still learning, but not too bad so far...THANKS CARIE!

More Frustrations!
STRIKE!?!?
My work is looking into striking....arguing about money and insurance....
Keep us in your prayers, especially with Christmas coming up! That would mean no money there for Santa to bring presents! (Cause we'd be too busy trying to pay bills instead!)
On a good note....Steve has an interview with Ameren on Friday....prayers! Maybe he'd make enough there that I wouldn't have to worry about a strike! Wouldn't we be blessed then!
More prayers needed....I have my oncology appointment on Thursday....pray for good results!

Frustration!

That would be our Steve!
He's going back and forth between which would be better....Ameren or the other job....
He tested with Ameren and passed....now we wait for them to call him for an interview....
He has had many meetings in the other town with different board members, but no official interview...
So, we wait and wait and stress out! Pass me the chocolate, please!
