Too much pizza and not enough exercise....or I did wear my longer pants and heavier weight clothes! Hey~Mel~ No more going crazy when I come to visit!
Oh well it was only a 0.8 gain!

BIRTHDAY WEEKEND

We had a good birthday weekend. We went to Springfield for our birthday celebration. I think the best part was going to a kickboxing class with my sister! Believe it or not! I think it was because I got to spend some "alone" time with her which we never seem to get to do any more....it was nice, but an extremely HARD workout! I still hurt!

Steve's #34 was today! We surprised him with frozen pizza, brownies, and ice cream! (They were fat free brownies and ice cream.....but very delicious, even if I do say so myself!) We watched one of his birthday presents (Wild Hogs) and enjoyed a family only evening! This weekend we'll head to Springfield for more "partying" with my family!

Meet Max

The Biehl's from our travel group decided to adopt again and has recently received a referral from Korea! We are so excited for them and I just think little Max is sooooo adorable! Blogger is apparently having troubles....so click on the "Biehl Family" under "Favorite Links"!
