He accepted a new job at R. R. Donnelly's Printing in Mattoon and he'll be starting May 19th!
He'll still be on 3rd shift, but he moves to salary pay and he'll be in an air conditioned office programing PLCs....No more uniform! Only a dollar pay-cut for now, but he has a higher max-out!
He sounds excited...
I think...
He's nervous about starting something new and not having the seniority!

Congrats, I know that is exciting and scarey both. Jeff switched 2yrs ago after being at Lenders for 16yrs., it's worked out to be for the best, good luck :)
